BESPOKE RESIDENTIAL ARCHICTECTURE | PROJECT MANAGEMENT FOR PEACE OF MIND

An empowering, accessible home that never looks like a hospital.

We design bespoke, contemporary residential architecture and luxury home adaptations for full-time wheelchair users and individuals with complex physical disabilities. We combine invisible ergonomics with world-class interior architecture to restore independence, privacy, and beauty to daily family life.

INVISIBLE ERGONOMICS | LEVEL ACCESS LANDSCAPING | STYLISH ACCESSIBLE WET ROOMS | []

Accessibility is best when it is invisible.

Traditional disability adaptations disfigure a home with bolted-on galvanised ramps, industrial vinyl floors, and clinical grab rails. This damages property resale value and constantly reminds the client of their medical condition.

| OUR ARCHITECTURAL RULE: If a feature looks clinical, the design has failed.

  • Integrated Landscaping: Instead of a zigzag metal ramp, we sculpt garden topography, using gentle 1:20 exterior walkways framed by architectural planters and concealed uplighting.

  • Boutique En-Suites: Wetrooms engineered like luxury hotels. Anti-slip micro-cement floors, wall-hung sanitaryware reinforced to load-bearing substrates, and recessed ceiling hoist tracks disguised within architectural shadow gaps.

  • Invisible Joinery: Motorized, drop-down kitchen pantries, height-adjustable islands with integrated induction hobs, and tactile surfaces designed to match premium Italian cabinetry.

Designed around your exact reach, turning circle, and chair.

‍| Turning Circles

A professional deputy held a court-sanctioned budget of £350,000 to adapt a detached property for a 14-year-old with quadriplegic cerebral palsy. Initial contractor estimates exceeded £480,000.

‍| Threshold Transitions

We re-engineered the spatial layout, shifting from an expensive two-storey lateral extension to a rationalized ground-floor footprint utilizing modular steel framing.

‍| Effortless Automation

The project was tendered to three approved contractors and completed at £338,500 (under budget), including a ceiling track hoist, through-floor lift, carer en-suite, and hydrotherapy washroom. Handed over on time with zero court budget discrepancies.
